About Us

ALLAN E. LOBOZZO, Esq.

I came to the law after being a newspaperman. That career taught me to ask questions and to write under pressure, both skills that I’ve been able to apply to the law. I’ve also been fortunate to live in several other countries, which gives me perspective, another tool that helps me better represent my clients. If Spanish or French are your first languages, I can navigate through a conversation in either.

My father was from Auburn, graduated from Edward Little High School, and UMO (as did I), which gives me local roots. However, my mother was from Scotland and I was born there. I know what it feels like to be both local and “from away”. Both these feelings inform my law practice.

Finally, I am married with five (5) children. I understand the pressures, and rewards, of relationship and family. I’ve been doing this work for more than thirty (30) years. If you reach out, I’ll be happy to give you my first impressions of your case. Call or text 207-841-4282. I’ll answer personally. If not leave a message and I’ll get right back to you.

Andrew D. Emerson, Esq.

Andrew was born in Germany where his father was serving in the U.S. Air Force. Once returning from abroad, Andrew with his family settled in Amherst, New Hampshire where Andrew graduated from Souhegan High School. Andrew attended College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and proceeded to earn his graduate degree at Boston College Law School.

Following graduation, Andrew worked for a pair of Boston law firms for five years before moving to Maine and joining Lobozzo Law. In his initial year at Lobozzo Law, Andrew won a challenging motion to suppress hearing, an emotionally-charged protection from abuse hearing, and dealt with a complicated administrative hearing involving day-care licensing.

During his down time Andrew has a passion for reading, cooking, traveling and the outdoors. He especially enjoys exploring foreign cities on foot.

Andrew is a crusader who believes strongly in equal justice and fights hard to provide his clients with the best legal defense possible. Andrew is actively involved in family law, criminal law and protection from abuse/harassment matters, but he is willing and capable of taking on any legal challenge. He is a strong negotiator who puts his clients first and doesn’t back down. A skilled and talented attorney, Andrew is a tremendous asset to the Lobozzo Law team.
